About this opportunity :

 

The Manager, HRIS and Rewards is responsible for designing fair and effective compensation and rewards policies and practices that adhere to all relevant legislation. Oversee a team which supports and maintains core HR systems, benefits programs, and HR Analytics reporting.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

 

  • Manage HR Information Systems by overseeing implementation of new functionality and process improvements. 
  • Develop and maintain HR analytics reporting. Oversee data entry and ensure data integrity. 
  • Conduct ongoing salary market analysis and recommending salaries for offers, promotions, and general administrative adjustments as necessary.  
  • Maintaining compensation structures and pay grades. 
  • Preparing reports and documentation in support of the bi-annual promotion review process. 
  • Oversee annual performance review, merit planning and bonus payout processes. 
  • Collaborate with Nitto America teams on benefits strategy and enrollments.  
  • Oversee selection and administration of Avecia specific benefits.  
  • Oversee the annual open enrollment process. 
  • Accomplish department objectives by supervising employees and organizing and monitoring work processes. 
  • Additional responsibilities as required. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.  
  • Minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience along with proven supervisory experience. 
  • Experience with Success Factors HR system desired
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels within the organization. 
  • HR certifications desirable.
