Our Position
1. Coordinate all product, component data files including; a. Data creation (Materials, BOMs, Routings, Production Versions, etc.) b. Data maintenance to keep the system updated c. Manage new part number requests in SAP.
2. Coordinate material and products master data setup, validations and maintenance.
3. Perform mass updates as required.
4. Work with business units and process experts to resolve master data issues.
5. Provide other departments with training in the data management processes and procedures as needed.
6. Troubleshoot SAP issues for master data.
7. Assist in the coordination of new product roll-outs and ensure it is completed in a timely manner.
8. Work with production units and process experts to resolve daily production & consumption issues on SAP.
9. Controlling of production orders closed by production members to ensure correct consumption.
Your Profile
• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent,
• Excellent command of English,
• Strong verbal and written communication skills,
• Detail oriented,
• Ready to take the initiative to implement new concepts quickly,
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office,
• Excellent analytical skills and structured approach to problems,
• Ability to organize cross functional meetings and data collection,
• No restriction to travel abroad
