POSITION OVERVIEW:

Under strategic executive leadership, develop and implement comprehensive segment marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring consistency across all products.  Lead a high-performing market segment team, providing guidance, mentorship and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.  Conduct market analysis, competitor assessments and customer insights to inform strategic marketing decisions: Go to Market Strategies; New Product Development; identify new opportunities.   

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE & CERTIFICATES

Partners with other departments to identify new products and services; develop and execute a plan to market in the agreed timeframe. 

Identifies and investigates opportunities to develop new areas of growth, partners with the appropriate organization departments for evaluation and expansion.  

Analyzes and understands key trends in markets and communicates this information successfully to leadership with appropriate recommendations for action.   

Scrutinizes the activity of key customers, competitors, legislation, and new entrants to this market and absorbs the market effect on the organization’s market position as well as makes changes as necessary. 

Champions the development of core product messaging and ensures consistent adaptation by regional offices and messaging is aligned with Nitto corporate.   

Oversees the pricing strategy for products and ensures agreed prices are followed by regional sales offices.  

Partners with global marketing team, external vendors such as graphic artists and publication vendors to develop written graphic material, advertisements, and multi-media packages (letters, DVD, Videos, graphic displays, trade event displays and structures) in accordance with Nitto’s brand image standards. 

Utilizes various mediums of communication (social media, website, video, printed media, etc.) to promote the Hydranautics brand and product portfolio to current and potential customers. 

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing or related field or 5+ years’ directly related experience within a Global organization; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
 
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA), a plus.  

Proven track record in a marketing role, demonstrating a track record of successful strategy development and execution. 

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plan.  Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring consistency across all products. 

Solid leadership skills, including team development, team goal setting, conflict resolution, mentoring, coaching, and training. 

Strong working knowledge of water treatment industry and market trends.  Highly respected in the membrane industry. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to read and interpret marketing reports, financial assessments, and marketing literature creation.  

Ability to write moderately complex reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of an organization. 

Ability to communicate market concepts to non-technical customers clearly in the English language. 

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project Management.

Work in a detail-oriented environment with strong follow-through and organizational skills.
Travel for extended periods and work with a flexible schedule. 

Must be able to meet physical demands and work environment requirements. 

 

Salary $150,000.00 - $200,000.00
