Quality Manager, NCZ

🛠️ Your Mission:

As Quality Manager, you’ll lead the Quality department and take charge of:

• Driving and optimizing Quality Management processes (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001).
• Ensuring audit readiness and leading internal & external audits.
• Creating and enforcing internal guidelines and quality standards.
• Solving problems fast and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Providing guidance across departments and managing crisis situations calmly.
• Reporting directly to the Managing Director and EMEA Quality Director.
• Leading, developing, and motivating your team of professionals.

👤 What We’re Looking For:

Qualified and motivated person who has:

• University degree in engineering or relevant technical background (or solid experience instead).
• 3+ years in a quality leadership role in the automotive industry.
• Fluency in English and Czech (daily use).
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and quality tools (FMEA, MSA, CP, SPC).
• MS Office proficiency is a must; SAP is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
