Our Position

  • Saving customer orders in the system.
  •  Confirming customer orders according to the deadline received from product planning and following up the shipment
  •  Coordination between the customer and the shipment.
  • Giving purchase orders to the factory in Europe and making product planning on a monthly basis
  • Opening of new customer current cards in accordance with the credit management policy or making changes in customer current cards
  • By exchanging information with the planning unit, stock and production practices and review the feasibility of orders
  • Calculating customer turnover premiums and requesting turnover premium invoices from customers
  • Experiences and applications of all customer requests
  • To forward the customer candidates interviewed by phone or e-mail to the customer representative
  • Making collections from customer 
  • Coordinate, expedite, and provide shipment information to customers
  • Prepare documentation for Export shipments in coordination with all stakeholders
  • Communication to all relevant parties and Authorities in all relevant territories and countries to ensure the smooth movement of goods

 

Your Profile

  • Graduated from Business, Economics, International Relations departments of universities
  • Able to communicate and discuss in technical English, 
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Team worker, self-motivated, self-starter, problem solver, analytical approach
  • Being customer focused and representing the company
