Our Position
- Saving customer orders in the system.
- Confirming customer orders according to the deadline received from product planning and following up the shipment
- Coordination between the customer and the shipment.
- Giving purchase orders to the factory in Europe and making product planning on a monthly basis
- Opening of new customer current cards in accordance with the credit management policy or making changes in customer current cards
- By exchanging information with the planning unit, stock and production practices and review the feasibility of orders
- Calculating customer turnover premiums and requesting turnover premium invoices from customers
- Experiences and applications of all customer requests
- To forward the customer candidates interviewed by phone or e-mail to the customer representative
- Making collections from customer
- Coordinate, expedite, and provide shipment information to customers
- Prepare documentation for Export shipments in coordination with all stakeholders
- Communication to all relevant parties and Authorities in all relevant territories and countries to ensure the smooth movement of goods
Your Profile
- Graduated from Business, Economics, International Relations departments of universities
- Able to communicate and discuss in technical English,
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Team worker, self-motivated, self-starter, problem solver, analytical approach
- Being customer focused and representing the company
