Our Position

The role of HR Director guides and coordinates the HR Directorship of Nitto Bento manufacturing plants located in Esenyurt. You implement the HR strategy in line with Nitto's policies and lead a team of seven HR professionals.

As an HR Director at Nitto Bento, you ensure:

• Recruitment,
• Learning and Development,
• Talent Acquisition,
• Compensation and Benefits and Payroll,
• Global and Local Reporting,
• Management of Legal Issues,
• Code/Policy/Procedure Implementation and Management,
• Facility and Service Management,
• Management of Expatriate Processes,
• Organizational Development,
• Industrial and Union Relations Management.

Your Profile

A good HR Director recognizes the following qualities and competencies:

• Fluent in Turkish & English,
• Min 10+ experience on manufacturer companies HR organizations,
• Team Leading,
• Agile Perspective,
• Strong Union Relations experience.
