Our Position
1. To ensure the operability of all devices within the company with information and communication infrastructure, to develop, update, and resolve related malfunctions.
2. The company's IT infrastructure, systems and applications, maintenance, development, stability, configuration and documentation.
3. Follow-up and support of malfunctions, improvements and requests that need to be managed with external calls, creating call records on related applications and resolving them within the framework of service level agreement (SLA) requirements.
4. Providing basic usage training and user authorization-based maintenance training of applications, hardware and devices included in the information and communication system.
5. Follow-up of spare materials required in data processing.
6. To accompany the planned or unplanned maintenance / troubleshooting processes with external support companies, to provide internal communication with the relevant departments and to inform them.
7. Taking backups of the currently running server and application, control and commissioning through the application if needed.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Computer Programming, Computer Technologies or Computer Engineering)
- Being advanced level English speaker is a plus
- Minimum 2 years of work experience
- Knowledge of Windows servers, Windows client operating systems, MS Office applications, virtualization technologies
- Knowledge of Hyper-v and vmware software
- Experienced in Veaam backup software
- Active directory management skills
- Experienced in nvr devices and ip cameras
- Computer and server hardware knowledge
- Knowledge and experience in computer networking and hardware, computer peripherals, handheld terminals, security monitoring systems and image transmission systems.
