Quality & Product Safety Specialist

Our Position

• • Keeping track of national/international regulatory updates within the product group and initiating relevant actions when necessary.
  • Evaluating and managing customer demands and requirements.
  • Following up on periodic product safety bulletins for the Group Company.
  • Evaluating new raw materials in terms of product safety and regulatory compliance and managing the approval process.
  • Coordinating raw material assessment processes in line with customers' local regulations and expectations, in collaboration with R&D, Procurement, and Sales departments for new projects or raw material changes.
  • Organizing and monitoring external laboratory analysis processes regarding product safety.
  • Preparation of declarations in accordance with relevant regulations when requested.
  • Preparing Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
  • Coordinating projects with global certification and labeling organizations such as ASTMA, EU Eco Label, and SWAN based on customer requests.
  • Contributing to quality processes such as internal audits, document preparation, change management, and monitoring supplier non-conformities.

Your Profile

• • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Chemical Engineering).
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced level (written, spoken, and reading) English proficiency.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, product safety, and quality management processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork orientation and excellent communication skills.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
