Our Position

  1. Analyzing customer needs and supporting customers by focusing on new ideas,
  2. Gathering the needs of the customers and creating the most appropriate and advanced solutions by negotiating well with the customers,
  3. Analyzing and evaluating requirements for projects and analyzing designs,
  4. Analyzing problems, developing solutions, following presentations and applications,
  5. Analyzing customer complaints and finding root causes,
  6. Analyzing potential new business areas and finding technical solutions,
  7. To forward customer complaints to the quality department and notify the customer of the result of the complaint,
  8. Informing customers about the correct use and promotion of the product,
  9. Planning and performing in-city customer visits,
  10. To organize customer visits in coordination with the quality team in order to see the complaints of the customers on site.

Your Profile

 

  • University degree in a related area (preferably engineer)
  • Industrial sales experience for minimum of 5 years in production or chemistry sector
  • Preferably work experience in multinational companies
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Able to deeply build an understanding of Key Account customers' strategic intent and current position,
  • Analytical, strong planning, presentation and organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills and highly developed persuasiveness, influencing and negotiating skills
  • Building strong relationships and networks both locally and internationally.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office applications
  • Active driver (License Class B) with no travel restrictions
