Our Position
As a Comp & Ben Manager, you implement innovations in our existing salary policy and ensure the correct application of the benefits policy. Additionally, you work operationally during busy times and make decisions on complex cases.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading various comp&ben projects
- Developing and implementing the comp&ben policy in collaboration with the HR Manager
- Optimizing and evaluating current comp&ben applications such as Eblox, Primetime, Successfactors... while considering local specifics as well as the EMEA framework
- Supervising two comp&ben specialists and involving them in certain projects
- Final responsability for the correct processing of payroll
- Providing appropriate answers to questions from various stakeholders (employees, management, unions...) and external partners
Your Profile
A good Comp & Ben Manager recognizes the following qualities and competencies:
- Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in payroll and comp&ben
- Experience with various comp&ben issues and projects
- Knowledge of social legislation and payroll
- Good analytical skills to quickly gain insights and reporting, with Excel as your main tool
- Change-oriented mindset, taking into account procedures and rules
At Nitto Belgium, we primarily communicate in Dutch, but for smooth cooperation with Nitto EMEA, knowledge of English is an asset.
