Our Position

About us: at Nitto Belgium, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Customer Service and Business Process Analyst to join our team and help us drive digital transformation and automation in our customer service processes.

 

The function:

 

  • Customer service:
    • You act as the link with our sales, supply chain, quality, credit control departments, and you are point of contact in the order to cash process.
    • You handle or route any kind of customer request and process and monitor sales orders.
    • You enjoy providing timely and accurate responses to your external and internal customers.
    • You collaborate with our Key Account Managers.
    • You settle complaints to our customers' satisfaction, and you define and implement corrective actions.
    • You manage your customer portfolio independently and pro-actively.
  • Digitalization & automation:
    • You monitor automated processes and ensure business continuity.
    • You identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes through digitalization and automation.
    • You collaborate with the IT and operations teams to implement and optimize automated customer service solutions.
    • You train and support team members on digital tools and automated processes.

Your Profile

  • You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent by experience, preferably with commercial B2B experience in a similar role
  • You are comfortable communicating in English on a professional level.
  • You have experience with SAP and O365. Sales Force, Power BI, UI Path, ABBYY or EDI knowledge are strong assets but not a must.
  • You pay attention to the details and can set priorities and work in a structured approach.
  • You get energy from looking for the best solution for both the customer and Nitto.  
  • You are interested in technical products and applications and have a strong affinity for digitalization and automation.
