Maintenance manager

Our Position

As Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the maintenance process within our production environment. You will ensure efficient operation of all facilities and equipment, and lead a team of maintenance technicians. Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a vision for the maintenance department.
• Manage machinery and equipment to achieve maximum availability and minimum downtime.
• Efficiently manage maintenance budget and optimize costs.
• Ensure a safe working environment for both technicians and production personnel by ensuring safe installations and strengthening the safety culture within the maintenance organization.
• Support the team in complex technical problems and search for innovative solutions.
• Continuously improve the production environment in terms of safety, quality and efficiency, in collaboration with other departments.
• Challenge, coach and develop the maintenance team to achieve set goals and ensure individual growth.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in a technical field. 
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Problem solving ability and analytical insight.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
