Our Position
Want to help shape an SAP S/4HANA landscape from the start?
Nitto EMEA is beginning its S/4HANA transformation journey, and we're looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst to help turn business needs and improvement opportunities into scalable solutions across EMEA.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams and implementation partners, helping shape our future ERP landscape and supporting continuous improvement and future growth.
What will you do?
- Act as a trusted partner to business stakeholders across EMEA, understanding their processes and translating business needs into solutions.
- Perform business analysis and requirements engineering across areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Manufacturing and Master Data.
- Act as a bridge between business, IT and implementation partners, translating requirements into functional specifications and future process designs.
- Play an active role in process design, gap analysis and solution design for our S/4HANA transformation.
- Help shape the future application landscape and integration of SAP S/4HANA with Salesforce and other business applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification and application optimization.
- Support testing, documentation, training and key-user enablement.
Your Profile
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, SAP/ERP transformation or process improvement.
- Experience with at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration.
- Strong functional knowledge in one or more areas such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM or Master Data.
- A strong business-oriented mindset, with the ability to translate business needs into pragmatic solutions.
- Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing or process-industry environment is a strong advantage.
- Fluent English. Other EMEA languages are an advantage.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%, mainly to our production sites across EMEA.
