Nitto Belgium was established in 1974 in Genk and is the largest production site in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa) of the Japanese Nitto Group. With more than 500 employees, we develop and produce sealing materials and various industrial adhesive tapes such as double-sided tapes and surface protection tapes for industries including automotive, semiconductor, furniture, paper production, aerospace, and metal processing.

 

Our Position

  • Lead a team of approximately 25 operators in the coating department and support their growth and development
  • Ensure effective task distribution and optimal machine occupancy
  • Maintain high-quality standards
  • Handle administrative tasks such as leave requests, work instructions, and reports
  • Conduct analyses and implement improvements
  • Actively participate in team and shift meetings

 

You will work in a three-shift system from Monday to Friday:
Morning (6:00 – 14:00) – Night (22:00 – 6:00) – Afternoon (14:00 – 22:00)
