Our Position

As an HR Officer, you will play a supporting role to the EMEA HR team in their daily operational activities within Recruitment, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and HR Systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of these core HR functions, aligning them with organizational goals and best practices. This role requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills to effectively support the HR needs of the organization.

This position will report to the EMEA HR Director.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

  • Perform end-to-end recruitment processes for our white-collar positions, with a focus on job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Manager.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies together with the Talent & Acquisition Manager.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels and networking platforms.
  • Focus on an efficient recruitment process with a focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Coordinate training programs and initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Assist in the implementation of e-learning tools.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning & development to continuously improve training offerings.

HR Administration:

  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records, processing documentation, and managing HR databases.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, tools, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Support employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other related matters.

Your Profile

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field or equal through experience.
  • A first experience (+/-3-4 years) in HR roles with a focus on recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Good knowledge of the English language and if you also have knowledge of the Dutch language, this is seen as an additional benefit but no deal breaker!
  • Preferably a first-hand experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) or other HR-related software.

Skills:

  • Very good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Positive and solutions oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Inclusive mindset with a commitment to promote DE&I in the workplace.
  • Discrete and able to handle sensitive information.
