Our Position

As Key Account Manager for Nitto Scandinavia you will have the market responsibility for Sweden and Denmark. You will report to the Senior Sales Manager North Europe & Regional Business Development.

In this position you will plan and carry out commercial activities in line with the Nitto Product Portfolio and general sales strategy. You will build and strengthen new and existing commercial relationships to achieve the annual goals in terms of turnover, value, price, and margins, all within your assigned customer portfolio. You will operate from Nitto Scandinavia sales office in Lindome and from home.

 

Responsibilities and tasks:

  • Define an account plan in line with other commercial plans and in line with direct sales management 
  • Maintain relations with customers and distributors through regular field visits, to act as a business partner for assigned accounts and ensure that agreed follow-up actions are taken
  • Develop new customer relationships by detecting new business opportunities and increase partnership with Converters and Distributors
  • Pro-actively analyse customers’ products and service needs and monitor market developments
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers (stakeholders)

Your Profile

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or some form of technical education
  • To offer our clients the best service, you are an excellent communicator in Swedish and English, both in writing and speaking
  • You already have experience in a sales role combining your commercial skills and technical knowledge. Sales experience in product segments such as industrial adhesives, new energy products or sound or thermal material is an advantage
  • You have an understanding of the transportation/automotive market
  • You find motivation in building a trusty relationship with your customers and you have an inquisitive nature.
  • Your day ends well when you know that you have provided the right solution to your customers
  • You are self-driven, creative, result and business oriented with a strategic mindset
