CS& Logistics Specialist

Our Position
Nitto Automotive, located in Tuzla, is looking for a Customer Services & Logistics Specialist to perform logistics operations and customer service departments and respond to customers proactively on time and with right answers, prevent possible problems in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Analyze order behaviour of the customer and prepare sales figures (SAP, Intranet, Qlickview, excel, etc),
• Order entry, order / forecast follow-up and support to raw material planning,
• Execution of logistic operations in accordance with conducted contracts, current legislation, international trade terms
• Ensure the best service level to the customers (internal and external customers) at the lower cost level (logistics, current inventory and physical flows)
• Manage your customer portfolio and shareholders proactively,
• Create and manage productivity projects related to logistics ,support sector initiatives.
• The execution of the current transportation agreements with finished product transport suppliers
• Provide quick and correct responses to inquiries (price quotations, orders, complaints, product information, delivery times, planning etc.)
• Keep database/system up to date; invoicing , delivery note , customer files, price files, SAP transactions , etc.
• Lead key metrics for finish good warehouse, deliver logistic core KPI’s, take necessary actions
• Ensure the inventory accuracy for the total stocks (RM, WIP, FG) of the site
• Lead and execute of export ,customs, shipping/storage process
• To carry out relations with third party providers
Your Profile
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree, preferably with commercial B2B experience in a similar role,
• Having minimum 2 years experience in managing Logistics or Supply Chain Operations or Customer Service ,
• Experience in forecasting and negotiation skills,
• Strong experience in ERP systems , preferably SAP
• Team work orientation and skilled in working with cross-functions,
• Result and detail orientated, ability to focus and prioritize tasks,
• Analytical skills and good in finding solutions with proactive manner,
• Ability to manage time pressure, well organized and self –motivated,
• Strong written, verbal communication skills in English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Knowledge of export and customs, shipping/storage , customer oriented projects
• Supply chain knowledge / logistics or CX is a plus,
• Good communication skills and stress resistant and customer-friendly.
