Project Quality Engineer

Our Position

Nitto Automotive is a wholly owned subsidiary of Japan's listed leading diversified materials manufacturer Nitto.

We are looking for "Project Quality Engineer" for our organization who will be reporting to Quality Supervisor.

Task requirements:

• To organize, implement, direct and manage QA/QC programs in accordance with the Company's Quality Policies.
• Monitoring the customer's quality requirements and maintaining the 8D reporting system.
• To apply APQP to production & to provide training and education of the production team.
• Conducting an internal systematic review to meet the requirements of the IATF.
• Contribute to the team work by providing the necessary results.
• Coordinating the change management process
• To support the Production Quality process on the basis of customer demands
• To fulfill all the requirements related to ISO 9001Management Systems, especially to develop a risk-oriented thinking model and ensure its implementation in the system.
• To cooperate with the Production Leader/Engineer about work performance.To retain the authority to stop work in areas that remain faulty and/or to terminate the pause after certain defects that have been sufficiently corrected, to give approval for shipment to the appropriate level of product.
• Preparation and follow-up of PPAP documents for customer's automotive parts.
• To organize Measurement System Analysis (MSA) &  prepare audits according to the plan.
• To conduct an internal systematic review to meet the requirements of the IATF.
• Sending IMDS data to the customer's account and IMDS system.
• Monitoring of Access, ROSH, SVHC requirements on the customer and supplier side

Your Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in the field of Quality
• Effective communication, analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English language
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications
