Our Position

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Officer to join our team in Warsaw! In this role you will handle a diverse customer portfolio, including end customers, distributors, and converters, with a focus on various industrial branches such as automotive, building & construction, domestic appliances and more. 

 

Your tasks and responsibilities: 

  • You are the support for sales force of Nitto Poland and proactively manage the customer portfolio. 
  • You manage OTC process ensuring smoothly and timely execution 
  • In cooperation with Area Account Managers you manage commercially and administratively customers in order to ensure a continuous growth of sales and to increase our service level to the customers. 
  • You provide quick and correct responses to inquiries and complaints and identify opportunities at customers to increase business volume. 
  • You will act as a team player and actively cooperate with your colleagues locally and in the factories around Europe. 

Your Profile

  • You preferably have  a bachelor’s degree in business, technical affinity is a plus. 
  • You have relevant experience in customer service/sales administration/business support/supply chain… 
  • You have very good communication skills for a B2B environment. 
  • You have the ability to work in a small team and can also work independently. 
  • You have a structured, strategic approach to working. 
  • IT-skills: good knowledge of Outlook, MS-Office programs. SAP experience preferred. 
  • Language skills: you are fluent in Polish and English. 
  • Problem solving is in your nature and you can adapt and be flexible in unexpected situations. 
  • Other key competencies we look for are service-mindedness and a sense of ownership.
